The gobelins presented in this page are processed only manually. These models has been inspired after icons, landscapes or paintings of the greatest artists and fulfill the conditions of realizing a valuable gobelin both from the point of view of the quality of the model and from that of the artistic interpretation.

The painting with the needle in gobelin eye, named also the gobelin embroidery enjoy of a great attractivity, so that the resulting gobelin render faithfully the original painting.

Gobelin type

The annexed models of gobelins was processed as follow:

• the gobelin embroidery in the Norvegian style (which means 4 classical points) must be sewn on type A canvas with three of the six threads of the embroidery thread;
  
• the gobelin embroidery in the classic style must be sewn on type A canvas with density of 10 loops with two of the six threads of the embroidery thread.
  

Is preferable for the quality of sewing that the canvas to be well stretched on embroidery frame.

Washing and maintenance

The washing eliminates the tensions and the dirty accumulates when the gobelin is sewing.
